The Memory Connection, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was established to enhance the lives of individuals with dementia and their caregivers, with a focus on underserved communities lacking sufficient care resources. Rooted in the personal experiences of its founders, the organization strives to provide meaningful support and improve the overall well-being of those affected by dementia.
Emma, a retired schoolteacher, struggled with feelings of isolation after her dementia diagnosis. With the help of our activity boxes and sensory tools, Emma has found new ways to stay engaged, and her daughter reports seeing her mother smile more often.

What We Do
We are committed to providing puzzles, activity boxes, sensory items, and engagement tools to underserved communities, delivering cognitive stimulation and fostering meaningful moments of joy and connection for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers. Through caregiver education, corporate and community partnerships, and respite opportunities, we strive to support caregivers and ensure they have the resources they need.
