about us
The Memory Connection, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was established to enhance the lives of individuals with dementia and their caregivers, with a focus on underserved communities lacking sufficient care resources. Rooted in the personal experiences of its founders, the organization strives to provide meaningful support and improve the overall well-being of those affected by dementia.
Emma, a retired schoolteacher, struggled with feelings of isolation after her dementia diagnosis. With the help of our activity boxes and sensory tools, Emma has found new ways to stay engaged, and her daughter reports seeing her mother smile more often.

These scholarships increase access to high-quality, social-supportive care while offering essential respite for caregivers—including those in the Sandwich Generation who balance care for both children and aging parents.
